UM student Wong Yan Ke’s protest against UM vice-chancellor (VC) Abdul Rahim Hashim has clearly ruffled feathers. <br /><br />After calling for the VC’s resignation at a convocation ceremony at UM last weekend, Wong’s protest has sparked several counter protests, with the latest one organised by the Peninsular Malay Students Association (GPMS). <br /><br />GPMS president Mohd Alif Anas Md Noor said Wong may have had political backing for his protest against Rahim at the university's graduation ceremony last week.
